My card |
And a closer view to show the colouring/foiling/gloss |
The front, back and inside of my card along with the front and back of my envelope
Materials used:
- White C6/A2, 250gsm, card and matching sized envelope
- Two pieces of 300gsm white card cut to fit
- One piece of 300gsm red card, cut to mat
- Sparkle 'n Sprinkle image and sentiment (from set #823 "Grumpy Goose") stamped using Memento tuxedo black ink
- "TO" sentiment (Crafty Impressoins PICST703) inside the card only, and Precious Remembrance Shop sentiment (Sketchy Christmas) stamped using Memento tuxedo black ink
- Faber Castell polychromos pencils used to colour the image
- Using my WRMK "heatwave" foiling tool I added a sketchy gold "border" to the red matting layer, to make it look a little more luxurious ... because he's (soooo) worth it!
- Anita's dimensional gloss applied to the bells, stardust stickles to the snow and Wink of Stella clear glitter gel brush pen used to twinkle up the grumpy turkey!

Ha ha ha . . . that's a quacker of a card Kathy. Top marks.
Weather? We had about an inch of the white stuff last night, but it's melting fast. Currently got sleet which luckily started just as I got back to my front door from walking up town! Phew!
Take care out there.
Hugs, Sarn xxx
What a fun card. Warm Wishes from The Caribbean
much love...
Such a fun card full of laughter and cheer. Thank you for sharing your card with ATSM!
The weather was nasty last night and got about 4" of snow, but luckily it is melting as we speak, and hopefully will continue to go tomorrow. I love your cute duck Kathy and the sentiment is great with it and love the bit of foiling on the red frame, and the stickles and gloss so lots of interest. x
Brilliant Christmas card, Kathy..... seems like you're already getting organised for Christmas 2019. Guess we had about the same amount of snow as you, it's still hanging around but melting slowly. The snow messed up our plans for a belated Christmas meal out with friends this evening. But hey-ho we'll just have to sort out another date before the spring arrives! xx
Great card Kathy - I do so love the attitude of that quacker :)
9" of snow here - and still coming down at gone 11pm! Daren't let Dudley beyond the cleared patio (which is a constant job for Len, bless - just in case we lost the little fella in a snowdrift! Hope you're OK!
Hugs
