Welcome to the weekend! It starts today!

Morning readers

Hope your week has gone well and that you have something good to look forward to this weekend.

We had an impromptu dinner out earlier this week ... we only went out to post a letter and, guess what? WE BROUGHT THE LETTER HOME AGAIN TOO!!!! Doh! Then we had a trip to the garage with a small issue with hubby's car ... ended up lunching at the excellent hostelry about 200 yards away (so much nicer than sitting in a car showroom for the duration) - any excuse - well, we don't have a fridge or freezer right now (don't ask!)! It's been a pretty sociable week too, met a friend for a drink and ended up going back to her flat for further chat, she moved in not too long ago and last time I visited her at home .... she just had a dining table and bed in situ so it was lovely to see how nice it is now she's got it as she wants it - love the black/grey/white and pop of red colour scheme in the lounge/diner mate, really elegant.

Still loving Artist Trading Coins and I have another to share with you today. I've swapped with a pal a couple of times - we like many of the same things so it's great, I get to make an ATCoin I like and I can be"reasonably" sure she'll like it - let's hope so anyway. I'm also pretty confident that I will like the ATCoin she mails to me too. She has received hers so I'm happy to share it here.

My Artist Trading Coin
And a closer view of the shine

I love the shine on the glass - this is a lovely little coin. I can relate to your mailing issue - I make cards, I put them in an addressed envelope , then I carry them around in my handbag till after the birthday date.....
