Tie-dye Backgrounds

I made this for my oldest daughter’s birthday. Tie dye has never really gone out of style. I still see it in catalogs, online and in stores. She loves tie-dye designs, so I thought I’d try a tie-dye background using baby wipes and liquid water colors. I used this awesome You Tube tutorial by Keren Tamir Here. I used Pinkfresh Studio watercolors in Bubble Gum and Key Lime.
Once the tie dye panel was dry (overnight), I adhered it to a green card stock panel. The flower stamp is from Dare2BArtzy Wishing Happiness. I stamped the flower and leaves with Versafine Onyx Black Ink, fussy cut them out and colored them with copics in some of my favorite colors-pink and green.
After it dried a bit, I coated the pieces with Glossy Accents. Once dry, I used foam squares to pop the pieces off of the tie dye panel. I added some Black Enamel Accents and some Pretty Pink Posh Sparkling Clear sequins for some interest. The scripty die cut sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp.
I hope my daughter likes it!
