I used Bristol for this card, the base and all of the layers. The Wildflowers in the Wind from Rubbernecker was stamped with Distress Inks, spritzed with water. The Watercolor Stripes background from MFT was also stamped with Wilted Violet Distress Ink, spritzed with water. The sentiment is from Ellen Hutson. I finished it off with some natural black twine from May Arts and a few Pretty Pink Posh sequins.
I had leftover stripes, so I made one more with a sentiment from MFT and natural green twine from May Arts. I modified the Rubbernecker stamps I used for a little different look. I really liked this sketch...I rarely make two of the same card!
Thanks for stopping by! Have a great week...looks like some sunny days at the beach are coming our way!
Both cards a beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI love these wildflowers, Annie! May I ask where you bought them? As though I really need another flower stamp... but these are so pretty!
ReplyDeleteHi Sandy! You can never have too many flower stamps, right?! This set is called Wildflowers in the Wind and I bought them directly from Rubbernecker stamps: http://www.rubbernecker.com/. They have a wonderful collection of "watercoloring" stamps.
