Peaceful Scene for a Summer Afternoon

Hello!  Looking for a place to spend some quiet time?  That's what I think of when I view my card....such a peaceful scene that I created with a stamp and some water coloring. And a nice way to tell some one that I am thinking of them.  I water colored the scene with a water brush and distress inks after stamping the image using green and browns DI.  I like to use this coloring technique because you never know how it will come out.
Tip: The trick to water coloring is knowing when to stop.

Supplies: Repeat Impressions stamp Shade of the Elm, GKD sentiment stamp, Water Color paper, Hero Arts Aqua CS, GKD Green CS, Distress Inks, Memento Tuxedo Black ink for sentiment.

Challenges:
The House That Stamps Built: Challenge DCC75 Create a Scene.
Happy Little Stampers: July Watercolor Challenge anything goes with optional twist of Blue

Have a great day! I love reading your comments. Theresa
