I was asked to make a special WOW card to house several gift cards as a Thank You... so instead of a plain flat card...I made an exploding box...started with Just Add Ink's colour challenge: Calypso Coral, Soft Sky & Dapper Denim..Gave my punches a good work out, embossed and stamped card stocks and threw in some retired designer series paper and ribbon for good measure....Voila!

Thank you Jan for dropping by and leaving some blog love. I wanted something different for a gift card holder with a WOW factor..so I just measured the gift card(s) and figured out the pocket size and working with a 12X12 piece of cardstock. :) Looking forward to the next JAI challenge. :)
What a great idea for the gift cards. This box is so adorable and who doesn't like owls and balloons. I still haven't made an exploding box. I will have to give it a try.
