Thrifted Treasure - Cranberry Scoop

I found this wooden cranberry scoop at a thrift store in Cape Cod years ago.  I loved the shape and the rustic wood.
I've been using it by the front door for outgoing mail or anything I need to remember before leaving the house.

What would you do with it?

That's pretty neat. I never would have known what it is without you saying.

Your use is genius.

Great idea. It would also be perfect on a wall with some dried flowers or just left as is worked into a grouping. Love it. Hugs, Marty

very neat piece and you're putting it to good use :) I'd probably do the same OR use it for our outgoing and incoming mail, so it's not scattered ALL over our countertops half the time, Ha!!! Oh and I'd paint mine red for our kitchen decor! FUN! now i want one...

What a great use for it. I love unusual things that can be useful. It has a great wood tone to it too.
