Indian Party and More with #WW #Linky

Welcome to my Picture Perfect
Party Linky #106!

Jessica (age 16) was invited to her best friend's 17th birthday party with an Indian theme. I asked my Indian neighbor for help in getting Jessica done up. She was so kind and went out of her way to make Jessica look and feel like an Indian princess. I took a couple of pictures at the venue before the other kids and the food arrived.

Oh man, Janine! How awful! Your story reminds me of my worst nightmares. I sometimes have bad dreams of messing up. It's our worst fears realized. Well done for putting on your "big girl panties" (great way of putting it!). Your little girl is wise for her age. Amanda also teaches me things by being level-headed like that. Glad it all worked out in the end!

Thanks, Mary! I just linked up on your linky and thanks for hosting. I like your photo of the Osprey in flight with a fish in its talons and the photo of your hubby making breakfast. Have a blessed week!

What a fun birthday theme! I'm surprised your daughter would want something like this. I thought most girls this age would dismiss such a notion, but I'm happy to see I'm wrong. :D Happy #WW!

It wasn't her birthday. She was attending her best friend's birthday. The kids in South Africa enjoy themed parties, but as they get older, they tend to go for a BBQ party. South African's love to BBQ. It's called a Braai.
