Neon Colors Under Water

I had not planned to do more posts today but I realized that the challenge for NEON at CASology ends in just a few hours and I wanted to get my card in. I used a digi of a Yellow Tang fish......I think he is a neonish color and I framed it with a Green Neon Cardstock from my stash that I distressed inside edge. I kept everything very CAS ...just added some water bubbles (Digi from Make It Crafty) and a stamped sentiment from Flourishes cut with a Nesties circle die.
