Shades of Grey with a hint of colour

This weeks card is my first attempt at monochrome colouring.  I used 3 shades of grey promarkers and black.  The bit of colour comes from the face and eyes.  I used a Saturated Canary digistamp called Honey.  I have 3 favourite designers of digistamps - Saturated Canary, Redonkulous Designs and Sherri Baldy Designs.  They are all fabulously talented ladies with their own unique styles.  On another note I entered Create and Crafts birthday card comp - but I didn't win. 

First Blog Post

Okay so I am new to blogging.  This is going to be a way to showcase my cards and cardmaking thoughts.  Other thoughts may of course slip in from time to time.  My biggest inspiration in cardmaking is the very talented Sue Wilson.  Currently I am learning the delights of digistamps and promarkers - both of which feature quite a lot in my cards.  First card to be posted features a digistamp by Sherri Baldy Designs. Her designs are really cute and quirky.
