All of the delicious flavors of your favorite cookie in an ooey, gooey chocolate chip cookie pie. It’s the classic chocolate chip cookie in pie form.
I have been making this recipe I have been making for over 30 years. My favorite dessert of all times is a warm, gooey chocolate chip cookie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top!
Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie is a the perfect combination of a warm chocolate cookie and a piece of pie. Sometimes called a Tollhouse pie, the filling tastes just like cookie dough!
This dessert is an easy one to put together and you probably have all the ingredients you need on hand. It is an easy to throw together, last minute dessert. I like to keep frozen pie crusts in the freezer so that when the urge hits I am ready to go! If you don’t have a pie crust in the freezer you can always make one from scratch.
