If this elegant white egret would have waded a few more steps out
I could have captured his full profile - but No! and so for todays reflection pic
I have a white egret almost reflected .....
Chuckling here! I too have patiently wasted battery charge to get the birds fully reflected in the wetlands! It's no mean feat at times! Beautiful photo!
I suspect that I would look better as a headless reflection -- particularly early in the morning!! What a great shot, Dianne, I love it! Beautiful bird either way and your composition is perfect! Enjoy your weekend!!

Being headless makes the reflection all the more memorable. White Egrets are so elegant.

Great composition, nice zoomed effect : the bird looks a bit blury, white like a ghost : well done !
Hah! I see many of his cousins here in southwest Florida.
The headless Egret, I like this! There's a wee bit of mystery added to this shot without the full reflection, good job!

Well, this just makes it even more unique.
lovely waterbirds to see and photograph, but you do have the reeds very nicely reflected also; lovely captures
a headless heron - how horrendous - actually it's great.
I love that stark white reflection, it really jumps out! Beautiful composition and photo:)
I like it. Such an elegant bird.
Such a beautiful looking bird, so graceful.
He looks so elegant and aloof.
He and his reflection are in a world of their own Dianne.
