Homemade Paper for Cards Cupcake toppers Tags etc. FRUGAL TOO!

Here is the tutorial I promised yesterday! I have been playing with this idea for about 9 years now. I love that you can do so much with this neat little craft from making mom (or yourself) her own set of note cards, to tags for presents, to cupcake toppers scrapbooks etc etc etc.  The possibilities are endless and it is really cheap.  (is it OK to say cheap? LOL!) My mom would tell me as I was growing up that we weren't poor we are very fine people we are simply broke.  HA HA!!! Perhaps they are frugal? Either way try it out and let me know what you think! PS I am still trying to figure out the picture upload thing.  Hopefully experience will improve the appearance of posts with time.
Materials needed:
iron and ironing board
tissue paper
freezer paper
tools for cutting shaping etc
crinkle your tissue paper into a ball. (FUN!)
Smooth it back out allowing for the wrinkles to exist.
Lay the tissue out on your freezer paper to measure and cut to size.

Turn the tissue and its matching freezer paper over.
Be sure that the wax side of the freezer paper is next to the tissue.

(Iron on the paper side not wax side.)
Iron the back side of the freezer paper.
It should look like this.
Now for all the fun things you can do with it!
cupcake toppers
note cards
Cuter notecards
blank inside
tags for gifts
Cute Right!?!
Imagine note cards all embellished with decorative scissors and delicious trim.
Seriously endless possibilities!
Enjoy!
