Wetlands

I seem to have many photographs of ducks, geese, etc. They are just everywhere lately! They do make lovely subjects, and I can never seem to resist them :) I'm squeaking in my weekend reflection shot... quack quack

  1. This is very lovely. I can't resist pictures of ducks either - they make such lovely reflections.

I was reading in your sidebar about your fight with cancer. My heart goes out to you, and my prayers go up for you.

What really caught my eye was the date. December 4th was the day my world changed as well - I had a full-blown stroke. The right side of my body was paralyzed and I lost my ability to speak. I am 48 years old. I have since mostly recovered, and my blog(s) and photography have played a major role in my own recovery.

Bless you as you continue to fight your own battles.

  2. I keep taking pictures of ducks and geese too! You are right about them being everywhere this time of year. I like your shot - really captures what the wetlands are like in this area.

  4. I've been taking way too many photos of butterflies! I should go down to the ponds and find some ducks! Loving all your photos!
