Sympathy

Hello my blogging friends....don't you love it when things come together like you envision?  I had seen a similar layout to this on Pinterest and wanted to try it for the Just Us Girls Challenge #138 which is an inspiration photo with the colors that I used here.  I started with a cardbase of GPW 4-1/4 X 5-1/2...embossed with Swiss Dots embossing folder and then stamped my image, which is Inkadinkadoo, in Stampin' Up! Soft Suede.  Then I searched through my scraps and found just the right colors that I wanted to layer under my image.  I had some Baker's Twine that was a close match also and some little blingy stones.  I decided to make it a sympathy card....my longtime neighbor across the street from me passed away last week after a short illness so I wanted something that wasn't frilly to send to her husband.  I think this is perfect....let me know what you think!
