I used the same design as the boy's car cozy but used pinks and greens and found the cutest scooter fabric on Etsy. Its called Monaluna Monaco Organic Cotton Scooters in Pink. It was pricier than I normally pay but a half a yard goes a long way! I have enough to make at least 6 more and its really hard to find girlie fabric with cars on it :)
I did a lime green ribbon road and used pink thread for the "lanes". I searched a few stores but managed to find some matchbox cars in pink, purple, and lime green.
She absolutely LOVES it and this will definitely be in our carry-on bag when we fly to Tennessee next week.
It just goes to show that girls can love cars too :)

What a brilliant idea...trying to think of some way to make that work for Lego mini figures...any thoughts?
Came over from the 30 handmade days pity party.
That is just adorable! I love this idea!
Adorable, love it! Thanks for sharing at Support Blog. I'm thinking about doing something similar but for my big girl (15) to store makeup in for road trips!

This is adorable! What a great adaption to all the crayon rolls I've seen. I love how you used the ribbon as a roadway!
Totally dig it!! Thanks for linking up to Mad Skills Monday!
I made my little boy a car cozy a while ago, and my girls play with it all the time! Maybe I'll have to make them their own so they'll leave their brother's alone!
