A wife of noble character who can find? She is worth far more than rubies. Her husband has full confidence in her and lacks nothing of value. Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised.

SUPER Easy Belt Tutorial

Happy Wednesday!
I hope you are all having a wonderful day!

During my weekends I try to stock up on projects to share during the week. By the time my teaching day is over, I am usually exhausted... and hungry... and my hubby is hungry... and I usually do one of three things. Sleep, cook, or veg.

This tutorial is so easy I guarantee that you can do it even after a grueling day of work. I think I made this whole project in about 20 minutes. We're making a.....
Fabric Belt
And, do you remember those nice little metal rings you use to hold your Korean flash cards together with? Yeah, you should find a couple of those : )

Here's what you do:
1. Find some cool looking fabric. I used some scraps I had lying around. Be creative!

2. Sew them into a long strip at least 6 inches longer than your hips.

3. Sew one end closed.

4. With the other end, make a loop by folding the fabric over and sewing.

5. Find 2 flash card rings. Open both of them.

6. Slip both rings inside of the loop you made on your fabric and close.

7. Put the belt around your waist. Thread the opposite end of the fabric through both rings.

8. Double back and thread the fabric over the top ring and under the bottom one.

TADA!
Enjoy your new belt.

If you had a piece of wide ribbon, you could do this entire project without sewing. Just fold a loop and hot glue it, add the rings, and thread the opposite end through!
