Hello Donna,
you have such a good eye for special treasures and treats. The plate is amazing. How do you know it is German, has it a mark? I don't know much about German majolica, only Wächtersbach is a common name for me. But the plate is truly lovely and perfect for offering some treats with strawberries. I will try to make this yummy looking scones.
Best greetings, Johanna

I absolutely love your vignette! Spring truly has sprung.
Have a wonderful weekend.
Donna, Your majolica strawberry plate is to die for! Don'you wonder how anyone could have given it up? I have a small collection of majolica and just found a small pitcher yesterday at a flea market. Your Annette Himstedt doll is so lifelike and being unfamiliar with them, I looked online, got so enthralled I forgot to leave you a comment. Anyway, love all your finds and have a great weekend.
Hi Donna~ Love your majolica and oh those scones and dipped strawberries look amazing!! Yum!!! - thanks for sharing at FNF! :)
Oh Donna Sweetie...
What a gorgeous share. I love, love this stroll through Conghaile Cottage today. So beautiful.
You found one heck of a bargain with your beautiful Majolica platter. I can't wait to see that strawberry shortcake in July. I will be waiting. One of my favorites for sure.
Your silver is so beautiful, and to be cherished even more now knowing its history. So close to your childhood home. How wonderful.
Your table setting just took my breath away, and that runner does look as though it has strawberry blossoms on it. Loved the desert cups and that chocolate bunny was the element of surprise. He looked so precious setting amongst the setting. I loved it.
Thank you for sharing such a beautiful table. Set for a queen. Oh and that strawberry pot looks fantastic. I have one that has nothing in it. You have inspired me to plant something.
Have a glorious weekend sweet friend. Many hugs and much love, Sherry
Thank you for your kind words :) I'm sorry, but I do not understand you, which of my two blogs you watched. But now I just placed the flags of translations in each blog. So I hope that everything already is known.

Hi Donna, The majolica plate and the bunny teapot are wonderful! Thank you so much for sharing your newest treasures at my party.
xo,
Sherry
I don't even know where to begin to start commenting! I love all things Majolica and the strawberry plates are lovely. The Diana throw is beautiful and is such a treasure to have on hand, I love it too. As someone who has tried many times, always unsuccessfully, to grow strawberries in a strawberry jar, I'm most impressed by your bounty. Enjoyed this lovely post.
Holy Moley, how do you find all those memes to join! I think you win for the all time high! :)
Such pretty things! I am impressed with the strawberries you made, they look delicious!
And I love the colors in that blanket too, just lovely!
Hi Donna, I wanted to pop in last night, but I was late, and got so exited about all my thrift shopping yesterday. Kept me awake all night, lol.
Your table is beautiful. Those scones OMG... and you have strawberries already? WOW. The name struck me... Des Bois.. my maiden name is Charlebois. Bois means wood, but it really has nothing to do with it, lol.
Love your table runner too. I've simplified my life. From 4,000 sq. ft. to 950. Small cozy cottage life, so my Tablescapes wouldn't look as good as yours trust me ; )
Enjoy the rest of the day and thanks for popping to see me.
I love new friends always.
Love Claudie

Thanks for linking up to Cottage Flora Thursday's last week...Fantastic strawberry pot! & all the strawberry goodies look scrumptious! xoxo, tracie
Donna, what a deal on that plate! And you have the perfect accessories to accompany it. That runner is gorgeous, and I love your bunny tea pot. That strawberry pot is so pretty, and what a healthy strawberry plant. How awesome that you found that beautiful fork and spoon and then learned that it was made in your home town! Thank you for linking to Favorite Things. laurie
I'm charmed by your teapot. The strawberry plate is a treasure.
You're makin' me drool with those scones!
If I remember correctly, last s _ _ _ _ _ (we daren't say the word around here as it makes it s _ _ _ EVERY time we do) you showed some photos of your little chipmunk friend. I THOUGHT of you when I made this post last Sunday, but I kinda think you missed it, so let me point you toward it.

Very sweet strawberries indeed!
Hi Donna...
What a beautiful table, my friend! You always set the prettiest tables...eye candy for sure! What a great deal you got on that beautiful Majolica strawberry plate! It really is pretty and I love the soft blue background! Such a sweet addition to your beautiful collection! I just adore your sweet bunny teapot as well! Ohhh...and that darling chocolate bunny too! Sooo many pretties, my friend! Wow...how special...to find the antique silver spoon and fork. That really is a gorgeous pattern and it's sooo cool that it was made the same year your grandmother was born and in the same area! Soooo unique! I love when things like that happen!
Well dear friend, I do apologize at being so late to get by to see your Sunday Favorites post. I am finding it difficult to get back into the swing of blogging after being gone for two weeks! I sure did enjoy your post though...thank you so much for sharing it with us for the Sunday Favorites repost party this week! And...thank you soooo very much for your sweet, warm welcome back!
