Upon a recent visit to our local Goodwill, I found this adorable little stool in need of a new home. I immediately thought it would make the perfect "time out” chair for our little guy. It was $3 well spent. Look how sad it was:
The top of it was covered in old glue that took me forever to chip away…but once I got it all off, I was able to prime and paint it to look pretty cute. I have a little touching up to do but I am so excited about this little project of mine!
(i painted the clock to be 11:45… which was when Cole was born… i am sentimental like that).
The stool now lives in a quiet corner of the living room where unfortunately, Cole happens to visit quite often.
Here he is after dinner …where he is being “punished” for throwing food.
This little stool will not be lonely.
cute!!

ReplyDeleteHi! I am a new follower and a newbie to blogging with a little over a month in. My blog is not as technical as all of you and I think I messed up the link that lists all the other bloggers but I do have the button and a comment section for Social Sunday. It is beginning to look like I am going to have to pay someone to fix my blog because I won't be able to keep up if I don't. I want to be a reviewer and maybe later on have giveaways but with the way I fixed the blog, it may not be possible. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I am following you thru GFC and would love a follow back! I do have GFC at least. Whew, thank God for that. Have a great night.
