We finally have spring here, lovely weather in the 80's. Now can leave the front door open with just the screen door. Zoey are little yorkie can now get back to work being Neighborhood Watch. No one is allowed on her street and if they have a dog with them she makes sure she barks at them vigorously to move them along out of site.
I purchased a really large fat quarter set of Americana from Connecting Threads, plus some yardage of green recently. I have been working on a good deal of items for my guild's quilt show boutique and I am finally finished with that chore and plan to make something for myself.
I have these two patterns but have not decided which one I will use. The Tulip & Vine quilt and maybe the runner with the Flower Shoppe pattern. I might even dig around in some of my old patterns and books and see what happens.

Beautiful fabrics, yes, I'd be itching too to pick a pattern and get to using them. And what pretty spring patterns they are. How wonderful to have such a good guard dog!
ReplyDeleteThat is some stash enhancement! Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteThat's a pretty bunch of fabric! Perfect for a Spring flower quilt. Glad you have such a dedicated Neighborhood Watch-er at your house!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty stash enhancement. Looks like you've found a couple of fun projects to use up a bit of this and that.
ReplyDeleteLove your new fabrics !! I might just have to pick up those as well!
ReplyDeleteOoh, those fabric assortments are just delightful for a Spring floral quilt! I kind of like the pattern on the left with the larger flowers because it looks like it would allow you to incorporate more of your fabrics, and because it would be fun to have so much room for quilting detail in each tulip. But I know whatever you choose will be fabulous!
ReplyDeleteThat tulip and vine pattern could make a great RSC quilt some year. Looks like fun.
ReplyDeleteThose new fabrics will be perfect for the Tulip and Vines quilt. I look forward to seeing it come together. We are getting a few days in the low 70s here, so I think we have spring.
ReplyDeletePretty fabrics and you can't go wrong with one of Sherri's patterns.
ReplyDeleteGreat fabric selection! Yummy colors. Both patterns will look wonderful!
ReplyDeleteGosh those fabrics are pretty! No matter which pattern you choose it's going to be gorgeous! Thanks for sharing on my weekly show and tell, Wednesday Wait Loss.
