The Friday Six 16

Happy Friday!

Today I'm participating in six blog hops.  You can click on the host links below to find the blogs of others who are participating in each blog hop. If you're a blogger, feel free to join through the host links.

Question: Do you know the Night Song in the Jungle?

My response: I've never heard of this, but now I'm curious. I'll have to look it up.

Today's excerpts are from the Kindle format of South Beach Scandal (Claire O'Keefe Mystery 3), by Cindy Quayle.

Here is the beginning:
Being underwater is the closest thing to being in paradise.

And here is an excerpt from 56%:
"How about tomorrow afternoon? Peyton enlisted her mom's help in finding more information about Leticia."

"Really? How?" Aiden's voice rose in amusement.

I'm hoping to get my review published by Tuesday or Wednesday next week, so stay tuned!

Yesterday was National Tortie Day. As a dilute tortie, Bell is thrilled to have a national day to honor her! She spent the day prancing around like a baby goat and playing with her favorite mouse.
Some of the cherry trees have finished blooming and they're all green, but some of them, like these, are still fully blooming.

  2. Lovely photos of blossoming trees.

I was thinking about your book and how some people think scuba diving is the best! But I guess I've never gotten used to being under water and every time I've snorkeled it has freaked me out to see fish and other creatures I didn't know were there.

    1. Anne, I'm not an underwater kind of gal, either. This series is a great way to experience scuba diving without actually experiencing it. :)

  3. I've heard snorkeling is a delight, I want to try it someday.

Bell is a beautiful dilute tortie and I thank her for linking up with Feline Friday.
