I used a digital stamp from Polkadoodles called Sweet as Candy Bunny for this tag. The image is colored mixed media style with paints, markers and colored pencils. The tag is a diecut shape from Pink Fresh that is layered up. It is embellished with gingham ribbon and heart stickers.
