I recently came across this sweet Pooh Bear digital image on public domain. Such a sweet rainy scene.
The image was printed onto X-Press It card stock and colored with Copic Markers. It was die cut and layered onto papers from my stash. A yummy ribbon and enamel dots finish the card.
