Epic Greetings Furiends
Welcome to the BBHQ midweek news round-up!
Happy Wednesday from BBHQ. The weather has not been too bad, with a few sunny spells, although it is still cold at night. We did get a picture of a lovely clear blue sky yesterday, so if mew've been blanketed with clouds and are missing the sky, we've got mew covered! MOL
Majestical for sure. We can't wait for the trees to pop, not literally. Obviously, we're talking about the leaves opening and their exquisite little canopies fluttering in the breeze; oh, Spring, do hurry, hurry, hurry!
A few weeks ago - 26th Feb - we shared a photo of one of the new hyacinths which had just started to emerge. Well, things are really hotting up, as just look at this one.
As we said previously, they are a selection of mystic purples, and this one looks like it's going to be a magical colour for sure when it blooms. We did think they'd be a bit further along by now, but then it has been very cold at night, so they're probably just on a slow emergence at the moment. But we'll keep mew posted, as we can't wait for the reveal!
Look at this!
The P.A. hasn't been in the BBHQ Craft Room for months as it's too fluffing cold. Anyhoo, the other day after she'd left the door open for a couple of hours and the sun had warmed everything up. She ventured in and decided to make a little quartz crystal suncatcher for the garden.
It turned out so cute and is now hanging from the deodara (pine tree), radiating happy vibes.
And now, let's look at this week's top headlines.

First up in the news this week...
Smooch's Post Lunch Clean Up
After lunch on Sunday, Smooch insisted on going into the garden, and several minutes later, we saw him sitting there, having a bath! MOL
Next up in the news...
Fudge's Making A Plan For The Garden
Fudge was in the garden the other day checking out the various borders, and this one on the path is bugging him tremendously.
The lavender has got a bit leggy and rather woody in recent years and is probably past its best.
He's thinking that we should do a bit of a redesign... but we'll keep mew posted as the P.A. isn't too keen on the idea; as she says, it still flowers really nicely, so who cares! MOL

In other news...
Pandora's Joining In Tongue-Out-Tuesday
Well, Pandora was feeling rather cheeky yesterday and decided to join in the Tongue-Out-Tuesday vibe!
We call her The Phantom Raspberry Blower (if mew know, mew know!)!!! MOL
And finally, this week
Melvyn's Modelling The Top Bandana Pick
Last week, mew obviously all voted for The St. Paddy's Day bandana, so here's the little dude sharing all the luck of the Irish! MOL
Doesn't he look epic?
Oh, and W.D.G. still hasn't arrived back at BBHQ; he's decided to extend his vacation a little longer!
As Melvyn's modelled this bandana before, mew can watch his previous catwalk strut on your preferred social media channel:
Which one should he model next?
Here's the March Bandana Selection, and as we're headed full steam into Spring, we chose some colourful and bright bandanas for this month. Plus, it's St Paddy's Day, too, and how could we not have one for that epic day! MOL
The March Collection:
1. Spring Vibes
2. Pretty Garden
3. Colourful Owls
4. St Paddy's Day
There's only one left for March, but worry not; we'll be sharing the brand-new collection for April next week!
That's us done for today.
Amber will be back on Friday with another pawesome book, and if mew missed any other posts, here are the links:

Check out the latest episodes of The Purrminator, as tomorrow we'll be back with Chapter Eighteen in Melvyn's epically epic supurr exciting origin story:
Hoping mew have a furbulous day, and remember to always...

It's great to see everyone, even plants and the PA, enjoying the warming temps, even if Pandora did greet them in a cheeky way.
ReplyDeleteExcellent job, Melvyn! I'm sure by next week, the spring bandana will be quite appropriate and I hope WDG gets home safely soon.
The sun catcher looks lovely. It looks like everybody is enjoying the good outdoor weather. I think I had better vote for the Spring Vibes bandana :)
ReplyDeleteHow wonderful all of you are interested in gardening! And Melvyn we love the bandana today. Spring is trying to pop up here, but the bird baths were frozen two morns this week, to be warm today and snow tomorrow. It's Called Spring!
ReplyDeleteLove all the garden pictures of the kitties, and the sun catcher, too! Melvyn sure looks spiffy in the St. Pat's bandanna!
ReplyDeleteI pick #1 for next week and I know I'll be right.
ReplyDeleteSpring is indeed on the way. We're happy about it too.
Love all your kitties. So precious.
I linked this post to Wordless Wednesday.
Have a fabulous day and rest of the week. Scritches to all the kitties and a big hug to mom. ♥
