Hi everyone - so the baby was discharged yesterday and went home on a feeding (NG) tube. He's gained THREE pounds in 10 days in the hospital! He looks amazing - look at this cutie pie:
LOL My daughter had a bunch of genetic testing done on him so hopefully we'll get some answers in the next week or two. For now, it's just such a relief to see him smiling and chunking up!

I have about a million backgrounds made ready to create something with - it's probably my favorite thing to do in my craft room, just make backgrounds! I found a large piece of watercolor paper that I had used some various shades of green ink on and I cut a frame out of one half of it, then layered it on top of a white card base. I used the other half to die cut some leaves to create the border across the middle for the sketch. I stamped the cute little dragons from My Favorite Things JB Fiery Friends set with Versafine Black and embossed with clear embossing powder, then colored with Copics, a white pen, and some Stickles. I finished it off with a text sticker from a Tim Holtz sticker book. Peace.
That paper is wonderful, Jenn, and looks good for both the frame and all those leaves. Thanks for sharing your card with us at Just Us Girls.
ReplyDeleteWhat fun images! They made me smile. Lovely green leaves and framing too.
