I always have a stack of birthday cards for when I need them, counting our kids and grandkids only that would be 15.
The background is stamped with typed text in the same colour as the card. It hardly shows in the photograph but does IRL. The swirls are the drops outs/snippets from a diecut, reassembled in the same pattern, and inked in from the edge. The sentiment is diecut from glittercard and stacked, the little star cut from a fragment of dropout from the sentiment and stacked. So mainly made from snippets. I get a great deal of satisfaction in finding ways to use stuff you'd normally throw away.

Love this Carol - such a great birthday card to have in your stash - wow 15 - that must keep you busy. Thanks for sharing with us at ATSM
Good job of using up snippets. I personally seem to collect snippets instead of using them in creative ways, like you did. Loving the sparkle you added. Thanks for joining us at Addicted to Stamps and More!
