Touch of Bling Cards...
Seriously trying to catch up with my annual card goal..my rendition of the latest Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge coupled with Just Add Ink's weekly challenge ~ A Touch of Bling. It's been awhile since I've combined challenges as I found it was too hard on the brain.
For my touch of bling ~ gliimmer papers to the rescue and managed to add bling to each one of the cards. Gasp I even managed to use ribbon on one of the cards.. lol.. Paired vintage Basic Grey, MME papers with vintage Stampin up papers and voila! A few Birthday cards and the Christmas snow globe shaker card for good measure..Which one is your fave?? 272 - 4 = 268 cards to go...
Thanks for dropping by to have a peek.
Happy Sunday everyone.

Oh what lovely cards. So special and using up all your old stash again I see. Great paper mix on all of them. Love the cabin in the woods, and that sweet little owl. Gorgeous girlfriend!
Thanks so much Penny!!! It's amazing how much one can accomplish with snow storm warnings... Yes, this year's attempt to use up my stash! :)
These are all very pretty...your creativity always amazes me when I see you make multiples! I should do the same thing! So happy you played with our sketch this week at Atlantic Hearts! And I must say, I miss Basic Gray--they had such good vintage papers, didn't they?
I cant decide which I like the most, they are all so great. I do love how you used the ribbon in the place of the leaf cluster, so pretty! Thanks for playing along with the Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge (AHSC).

Wow! These cards are wonderful. I love the orange floral where you used ribbon as your accent. But the card that has my heart, is the winter scene. I love the dimension/space you created with the 2 vertical strips to highlight the trees and then the cabin as your focal point. Well done!
Thank you so much LeAnne! Love being able to use a sketch for different cards once I figure out how to get there...and I am finally using my coveted vintage Basic Grey papers...can't keep them forever collecting dust. LOL
Thank you Brandi! Love playing along with the AHSC...one of my GO TO blogs as I love sketch challenges and I appreciate the DT leaving blog love. :)
Thank you Avail for the blog love. I wish I had more of the pattern paper to make more of the winter scene...wouldn't you know it...that was the last piece in my pattern paper stash. The shaker was a last minute idea to highlight the cabin...plus I wanted to use some of my snowflake sprinkles from the stash. :)
Your cards are lovely, and the touches of Glimmer Paper are a wonderful touch. Thanks for sharing with us at Just Add Ink.
PS - can I give you a little hint? Larger photos of your cards allow us to see the gorgeous details so much better :)
Thanks so much Tina. Bling just makes everything alittle bit more special in my humble opinion. Appreciate the hint..hopefully I will have more space with the new phone as I was running out of space on the old phone..and I would have to delete pictures in order to take more... :(
Also Tina I was wondering...when you click on the pictures..do they not automatically enlarge for you?? Just out of curiosity....
