Monday and another week begins

Morning readers,

Good weekend? For us it was another weekend of festivities with a brunch with my two oldest friends and a Secret Santa exchange ... not that it's too much of a secret when there are only three participants! In the evening it was a festive meal with our friends, from Thatcham, we picked a venue approximately half way. We've eaten here before and enjoyed a great evening, so nice to catch up over dinner, and to exchange cards and gifts.  One of the surrogate family stopped by, with the lovely Riddick, for a catch up too - which was nice.

I've a make to share with you today .....

My finished ATC, measuring 3½ x 2½"

Materials used:

  • ATC blank
  • Snippets of card in white and red
  • Crafty Roos image (from "Celia full bloom" - Dec 2024 - NBUS) stamped using Versafine Clare nocturne ink
  • Pro Marker and Copic alcohol markers used to colour image and copic BG10 for the background (the background colour didn't photograph too well, sorry)
  • Stamping Up sentiment (from the set #141873 - 2021 and NBUS too) stamped using Versafin Clair nocturne ink
  • Crystal stickles to bling up my bloom

I'll be entering the above make for the following challenges:-

  1. I Love ProMarkers - challenge No. 573 - ANYTHING GOES + (optional) SKETCH
  2. NBUS - challenge No. 69 - USE NBUS
  3. The Flower Challenge - challenge No. 98 - ADD SPARKLE
  4. Paper Minutes - challenge No. 876 - NOT A CHRISTMAS CARD
  5. Art Impressions - challenge No. 393 - TEENY TINY

I thought this was a Crafty Roo image the minute I saw it and love the alcohol marker colouring with the added Crystal Stickles, and the added vertical sentiment works brilliantly Kathy. x
