A Gem I Missed

Pic taken in a side-lane in Perth, I reckon... hope... painted by Christopher Pease?

What I found though, was the  Bibbulmun Track - you find more here.

It says on the page, "The Bibbulmun Track is one of the world's great long distance walk trails, stretching 1000km from Kalamunda, a suburb in the hills on the outskirts of Perth, to the historic town of Albany on the south coast. It passes through the heart of the scenic south west of Western Australia." - have to ask P if he did it? On foot, of course!!!

I may repeat myself... I still have hopes there will be a "proper living together".
I saw it can be done!
And I saw it can not be done.

...it would be a shame to miss this gem.

Iris Flavia said...

CJ, no, the strawberries should be fine. They really came from the woods in 1974!
But let us hop Spring returns soon!

I like the black swan mural, Iris.
It was 0˚C here this morning.

The swan is sadly just from the internet...
Buh, cold in your place, too!

I like this mural specially because of the rainbow colours.
I think it was a collaboration with various Aboriginal artists. I have a photo with a few names.
The image of the swan with the Aboriginal dotted art is very pretty.
Thanks for participating in Monday Murals Iris.

The Bibbulmun Track sounds wonderful! Now I want to do at least a virtual hike on it. I'm going to go look for some pictures and info on the track.
Thank you, Iris.
Have a great week! :)
