Can you believe it's Wednesday and we're half way through the week?

Morning readers,

Well, wasn't yesterday INTERESTING? It was wet and it was really windy round here. I was walking to the village, to meet a friend for coffee, but I chickened out and got a lift from hubby - I don't mind getting wet on the way home but ... on the way out? Not so much! Nice catch up, my pal's been poorly so it was good to see her looking a little better.

Today I have a card to share with you .... since it kind of feels like it's been a while!

My C6 card

Materials used:
  • White, 250gsm, C6 card and matching envelope
  • Card in white and purple for my card front, insert and matting
  • Creative Expressions image and sentiment (from "Urban Beats") stamped using Versafine Clair nocturne and monarch inks
  • Crystal stickles, to add some sparkle

I'll be entering the above make for the following challenges:-
  1. Cardz4Guys - challenge No. 331 - STARS
  2. Simon Says Stamp - Monday challenge - FAVE COLOUR (the clue's in the title of my blog!)
  3. Dragonfly Dreams - September 3rd challenge - HAPPY BIRTHDAY

  5. Seize the Birthday - challenge No. 269 - ANYTHING (birthday) GOES + (optional topping) FALL COLOURS

Now, I have an Artist Trading Card to share with you today, loving the scale of them (at just 3½" x 2½"). I swap with a couple of buddies and we swap between two and four at a time so I need quite a few, in case you're thinking that's about all you seem to be seeing from me lately!

I love the masculine card and the stars look great Kathy, and perfect in just the two colours with a good size sentiment to finish it, then the ATC, and a super stencilled and stamped background with the added numbers and a lovely sentiment, and then the orangy/red splattery frames which really pops. x
