    Hmmm... I'd better go look for avocados now. I did start eating a little sweet potato which is supposed to be a better carb than regular potatoes.

    It is true, it is a good fat. Frying potatoes in avocado oil doesn't make my sugar rise like other oils. It's also good for the face too. Thanks for the smile this morning!
