Saturday's here again!

Hope you've all had a good week and have an equally good weekend to look forward to ... ours will be quiet but - we've had a busy week! See further down this post, it's a bit photo heavy so it might take a while!

I've a make to share with you today ....... an Artist Trading Card, measuring just 3½" x 2½"

My ATC

Materials used:

• ATC blank
• Snippets of card in white and navy
• Using a makeup brush and Memento Bahama blue ink I applied a light covering to the white snippet
• Overlaying my Tim Holtz polka dot stencil (THMM113) I applied a further layer of the Bahama blue ink
• Woodware grungey semi-circle (from FRS975) stamped using Versafine Clair warm breeze ink
• Craft Emotions foliage (from 130501/1143) stamped three times using Versafine Clair nocturne ink
• Tim Holtz sentiment (also from THMM113) stamped using Versafine Clair paradise blue ink
• Washi tape (from a pack from The Works)
• Crystal stickles

And now for a CAS card

My C6 card

Materials used:

• White, 250gs, C6 card and envelope
• Card in white and navy, for my card front, insert and matting
• Recollections (by Hampton Arts) sentiment and image stamped using Memento tuxedo black and Versafine Clair nocturne inks
• Sharpies used to colour
• With my Heffy Doodle circle mask in place I used a makeup brush to apply Memento Bahama blue to just the outer edge of the circle, to give my image panel some definition and a little more interest
• Crystal stickles to give the balloon some sparkle

Hubby and I have taken a few days break visiting friends, this week, in Blackpool and Lytham - horrible rain most of the way there (and back) but a lovely couple of days in between! Always great to meet up with pals, isn't it?
