I've a make to share with you today ....... back on track with CAS (Clean And Simple) .. broke out some old stash and my inktense pencils for this one!
I've a make to share with you today ....... back on track with CAS (Clean And Simple) .. broke out some old stash and my inktense pencils for this one!
In reality the image is a little more vibrant so I've had another go at showing that ....
Materials used:
- White, 250gsm, 3½" x 4⅞" card and matching envelope
- Card in white and lime green, for my card front, insert and matting
- Snippets of card in white and lime green, for my sentiment panel
- Magenta image (wood mounted and in excess of ten years old - 23249-J) stamped using Versafine Clair nocturne ink
- Uniko sentiment (from Art Decoratif Anniversaire - from 2020) stamped using Versafine Clair morning mist ink
- Derwent Inktense pencils and B&M metallic water colour paints used, with a waterbrush, to colour my image ... on the reverse and envelope I also used B&M glitter gel pens

- Retro Rubber - challenge No. 202 - ANYTHING GOES but MUST use stamps older than one year
And now for an Artist Trading Card - I got to use some new stash (first new stash in what FEELS like quite some time - though my husband would probably swear that it wasn't that long!

This shows the "mouldable foam" stamping better |
Materials used:
- ATC blank
- Snippet of water colour paper which had been "smooshed" with Distress Oxides in festive berries, kitsch flamingo and antique linen
- Kaisercraft "grid" and "script" images stamped using Memento gray flannel
- Using my heat gun I warmed my Crafters Companion mouldable foam block (NBUS) before pressing in to a place mat to create my new and temporary grid stamp ..... which I then inked using Memento gray flannel ink
- StudioLight images (from SL341) stamped using Memento Paris dusk and Versafine Clair nocturne inks

Beautiful CAS card Kathy … mother great stamp and beautiful colouring. I love your latest ATC … another wonderful stamp and I’m loving that stamping foam, I think I might need some !

Such a pretty cone flower stamp and beautifully coloured Kathy..a fab card, and the ATC with another very arty look using the Studiolight stamp, and the foam is a great addition to your stash and have seen this before, but took a look at a video about it and I must say I am quite taken with the concept. I'm with Pauline, I think I might have to get some..lol. x

Such wonderful work once again, Kathy. I just love the CAS design on the first, the framed flowers are gorgeous and beautiful choice of colors! And another fantastic ATC too! Love those grunge stamps!
