TGIF - so nearly the weekend!

Morning readers,

I've recently received a new die and could hardly wait to break the seal, so, I've a make to share with you today ....... an Artist Trading Card measuring just 3½" x 2½"

My ATC

Materials used:
  • ATC blank
  • Snippets of card in black and white
  • Unbranded circle die
  • Unbranded bubble die (NBUS)
  • Hero Arts sentiment (LL927) stamped using 2nd Versafine Clair nocturne ink
  • Black sharpie pen, to edge my sentiment circle
  • Small faux crystal gemstones
  • Dimensional foam pads to attach my sentiment circle to my ATC

I'll be entering the above make for the following challenges:-
  1. Lil Patch of Crafty Friends - challenge No. 200 - ANYTHING GOES
  2. Corrosive Challenge - challenge No. 2 - ANYTHING GOES
  3. NBUS - challenge No. 47 - USE NBUS
  4. Di's Digi Designs - Feb 17th challenge - CIRCLES
  5. Pearly Sparkles - challenge No. 81 - ANYTHING GOES

And now for a card ..... well, seemed wrong not to use that new die again, especially as the die cutter was already out!

My 3½" x 4⅞" card

Materials used:
  • White, 250gsm, 3½" x 4⅞" card and matching envelope
  • Card in white, pearl gold and DCWV red glitter card
  • Unbranded bubble die
  • Memory Box die (99093 "love connection") used to cut my glitter card heart which I "paper pieced" back together as I wanted a very glittery heart
  • Elsewhere on the card and envelope I used two hearts from WOW! stampset 40 stamped with Memento ladybug ink
  • Woodware sentiment (from JGCL560) stamped using Versafine Clair morning mist ink

I'll be entering the above make for the following challenges:-
  1. AAA Cards - challenge No. 234 - CIRCLES
  2. Dare2BArtsy - Feb challenge - LOVE
  3. Dragonfly Dreams - Feb challenge - LOVE
  4. Crafting Happiness - challenge No. 139 - LOVE
  5. Craft Rocket - challenge No. 100 - LOVE / VALENTINE

One of my lovely neighbour/friends sent me some flowers earlier this week ... I'm no flower arranger (that was my mum's super power) but, aren't they lovely? Thanks so much Amelia, Mihail, Nina and Maia

What wonderful neighbors to have, Kathy! The flowers are beautiful and so are your card and ATC using your new schtuff! I especially love that bubble die! Thank you for inspiring everyone at NBUS! Have a great week! Hugs, Darnell

p.s. You use woodblock images. Have you heard that Amy Tsuruta has resurrected her Woodblock Wednesday challenge now and then? The next one is scheduled for March 22nd. It's not that easy to find so here is the URL: https://www.craftee1.com/2023/02/01/29678/
