Sweet Misty, Female Cardinal and My Bday

 Sweet little Misty River.

This girl is the sweetest 

fur babe. 

She is not spoiled, she is 

just well loved!!

I walked past the window in 

the living room 

on Thursday between storms

and saw this pretty,

feathered friend on

the top of my shepherd's hook.

I say between storms, like

most of the southern states,

the storms moved up through

TN in the way early hours

of Thursday morn. then again

Thursday afternoon.

I had the cat carriers out, food

and water in my bedroom along

with a litter box, and we went to 

bed Wednesday night with the bedroom

door closed cause I 

wanted the babes close incase.

we had to move to the basement. 

We were all awaken at 2:30 am 

Thursday morning with the

loudest of BOOMS.

I woke from a deep sleep.

Lily shot out of her bed on 

my bed and Misty was already

under the bed, where Lily went.

After listening to the news and

the storm moving out, I got down

to look in on the furs. 

Lily and Misty were sitting side by side

like they were scared to pieces.

Lily saw me, did her low, snippy 

meow and came out.

HAHA.....she was not fooling me, she

was getting comfort from being with

Misty!

NOT FOOLING MOM!!

Tuesday, I had lunch with James,

Julie and Lisa for lunch.

Thanks for the bday lunch.

The company, laughs and 

conversations was great.

James and Julie had me the

prettiest pot of 

daffodils.

I love them. Going to plant

in the yard after they stop

blooming. Hoping they spread.

I woke on Tuesday morning to

this post on FB from my

daughter.

 Happy Happy Birthday to my beautiful mom!!!! Thank you for always being there for me to talk to and give me advice even though I don’t always listen lol. I love you. I hope you have the best day!!!

On my bdays, my mom and Amber always

tried to be the first to call me, mom always

winning out. With her gone Amber

now wins!

She wished me Happy Bday,

then we started talking about

something else till she asked me

how old I was......

Amber made my day by

saying, "you don't look like you

are in your 60s"....

SWEET!

If my hair was not all gray I

could look even younger.

I also got a very sweet

Happy Bday facetime

call from this sweet little

one.

She is just so adorable.

The boys called and sang to

me too.

Later T, took me out to dinner.

She takes me out every yr on

Valentines day for my bday.

I had a great day.
