I've a make to share with you today .......

My C6 card

  • White, 250gsm, C6/A2 card and matching envelope
  • Card in white and raspberry - for my card front, insert and matting
  • With my Pink and Main hexagon stencil (PMS024) taped in place I used a makeup brush to add Distress Oxide in flamingo pink
  • Overlaying the Pink and Main stencil (PMS062 - Circle spotlights) and using another makeup brush, I applied Distress Ink in candied apple, making a grid background
  • Woodware floral image (from FRM002) stamped using Versafine Clair nocturne ink

This hexagon masked shape with the added stencil detail looks great Kathy, and the black silhouette flower and sentiment finish it beautifully, and the second card with the jolly and prettily coloured Santa looks even more interesting with the addition of the terrific strip of washi tape and also the bright yellow star, and lots of wonderful sparkle on the Santa and the star..a brilliant card! x

Both cards are a delight .I love the crisp simple designs .I think that they say to me that sometimes less is more . Love the clever coloured hexagon shape for a splash on white background with a flower silhouette. The Christmas card design is another bold example of simplicity . Love the Washi strip and cute Santa image .Must visit again soon .

Ooh very adorable and sweet card.
Such an awesome idea with the houses on the strip and with The Santa in front. Love that you decorated the envelopes too. Thank you for playing along with our sketch at 52 Christmas Card Throwdown.
