Morning readers,
Here's hoping you are all about as prepared for Christmas as you can be, cards all made and sent (and, hopefully, received too), gifts wrapped and distributed about family and friends and with two sleeps till the BIG DAY I hope you will make some time for yourself, to enjoy a little of what you fancy whether that be a walk in the quiet, a drink with friends or just a quiet night in with the family - ENJOY.

Materials used:
- White, 250gsm, C6/A2 card and matching envelope
- White card - for my card front and insert
- With my Clearly Besotted splatter stencil (CBTSP508 - Jan 2020) taped in place and using makeup brushes, I applied Memento rosebud and Ranger Archival majestic violet (to the outer edges only) inks
- Overlaying my Pink and Main dotty circle stencil (PMS062 - Oct 2022) I added Ranger Archival majestic violet polka dots!
- Hero Arts foliage image (from CL477 - 2012) and Uniko sentiment (from Art Deco Anniversaire - 2020) stamped using Versafine Clair monarch ink
- Finally, rather than mat on to a coloured card layer, I opted to use dimensional clear gorilla tape, which makes a bit of a change for me!

Lovely day out on Wednesday, met two crafting buddies at a pub equidistant from the three of us where we enjoyed a great lunch in festive surroundings and a good catch up too - perfick! Thanks for making the trip ladies, hope to see you again soon in 2023

Gotta love a splat! This is a big splashy splat - making a nice background for the silhouette flower.

I love these leaves with the splat and spots stencilled in the background Kathy, and the mix of pink and purple with the black silhouette looks great, and some wonderful dimension with the raised up mat. Glad you enjoyed a meet up and lunch with some crafting friends and at a very interesting looking place too. Thank you for all the visits you make to my blog during the year and I hope you have a super Christmas and a Happy New Year, and I look forward to visiting you throughout 2023. x
