I've a make to share with you today ....... part of an eight card "nautical themed" commission - thought I'd try my hand at water colouring this one. I've purposely left this one blank so the commissionee can choose the occasion.

Materials used:
- White, 250gsm, C6/A2 card and matching envelope
- Card in cream and navy, for my card front, insert and matting
- PSX image (G-1479 - VERY old, wood mounted) stamped using Versafine Clair morning mist ink
- Arteza water colour brush pens, to colour my image
- Once my paints were dry I gave the card front a quick spritz with Crfters Companion spray and shine - to protect the water based paints

And now for an Artist Trading Card, been a short while since I made one of those .... still loving their small scale (measuring just 3½" x 2½")

Materials used:
- ATC blank
- Card in navy and white
- Piano key washi tape
- Image and sentiment (from Hampton Arts Tracey Key SCO891 - April 2022) stamped using Versafine Clair nocturne and morning mist inks
- Alcohol markers used to colour my image along with a red glitter gel pen
- Using a makeup brush and Memento Bahama blue ink, I added a blue "halo" around my image before overlaying my Memory Box stencil (88517) and adding further blue ink, for added "texture" and interest

I love this yacht Kathy, and the bit of watercolouring really brings it to life, and the cute mouse looks great on the ATC, and what a super idea to have him standing on the washi keyboard, and the bright blue stencilled graph background finishes it perfectly. x
