Morning readers,
Hope you enjoyed a great weekend - any Christmas related festivities? None here but then, we DID have two Festive "DO's" recently and they were on consecutive nights! A couple of friends stopped by to say hello, they stayed for a drink (or two) and a good old catch up, it was lovely.
And ... the weather?! Did you get snow Sunday morning, like we did, or later in the day? Or, perhaps you were lucky and didn't get any at all. We woke up to this ..
My first make today came about rather by accident. I was looking for some super smooth white card which I KNEW I had ordered from Paper Mill, I found the box easily but what I HAD forgotten was the beautiful raspberry coloured card that I had ordered at the same time ... in the spirit of striking whilst the iron was hot ..... this "kind of girly" pink card emerged, I hope you like it as much as I do.
Materials used:
- White, 250gsm, C6/A2 card and matching envelope
- Card in cream and raspberry, for my card front, insert and matting
- Paper Artsy background wording (from set ELB30 - December 2021) stamped using 2nd gen. impression of Memento gray flannel ink
- Foliage image (from the same Paper Artsy set ELB30) stamped using Versafine Clair morning mist ink
- Using a makeup brush and Memento rosebud ink, I added a little colour around the foliage/background sentiment
- Overlaying the Faber Castell stencil (from 770602 - November 2022 - NBUS) I added a further layer of the rosebud ink
- Clearly Besotted sentiment (from "brushed sentiments - May 2021) stamped using Versafine Clair charming pink ink

And now, it's that time of year - what time of year is that? Time to discover you need some tags time of year!!!
Materials used:
- 300 gsm white card snippets
- Dies: Go Kreate nesting tags and unbranded nesting circles
- Crop-a-dile - for punching the hole in the circle "tag"
- Clearly Besotted image and sentiments (from "Best Christmas" - 2022) stamped using Versafine Clair morning mist and tulip red inks
- Alcohol markers (mostly pro markers) and glitter gel markers, to colour my image

Congrats on being picked at HLS.
Love the raspberry and cream (!) card which sounds delicious and looks fabulous.
The Christmas tags are very cute too.
Snowed yesterday afternoon for me - and it looks gloriously white outside still. Will no doubt be treacherous under foot though!!! Xxx
Love the raspberry card, very pretty. No snow here yesterday, just very frosty but we did have a very light covering during last night. Just about gone now😁
I love your card and that scrumptious raspberry card which goes beautifully with the PaperArtsy image and script and also the background stencilling is perfect in that soft and pretty pink, and some more delightful tags..love Rudolph's bright red shiny nose on each. Congratulations on being a Favourite over at the HLS Birthday Challenge and I was lucky enough to be picked also. I did point out that they had got your link wrong, but if you have already been over then maybe you mentioned it yourself. x
Sorry I meant to say we did have a little snow here but less than you had I think, although it was very white on the Quantock hill, and still there in some places. x
Beautiful feminine card love the raspberry card with the delicate stamping and stencilling-love the matching envelope and cute tags-my daughter has just asked me for ten for tomorrow! No snow here yet thankfully but been -2 with freezing fog for two days :(

So soft and pretty and creatively beautiful! No snow here in my part of SW lover Michigan yet, but it's coming lol (We did have 3 feet of it a couple weeks ago if that counts!)!!
