With A Sib Like That...

"Siblings Day is a holiday recognized in parts of the United States and Canada on April 10, and as Brothers and Sisters Day on May 31 in Europe.

In India, Raksha Bandhan is observed on the last day of the Hindu lunar calendar month of Shravana, which typically falls in August."

The above borrowed from online sources.

At Eastside Cats, our resident siblings have an odd relationship:
Manny, using his human as a cat bed...but wait, what is that?...
Looking closer, it seems Manny has a bald patch!

It's not the usual cat bald patch; this one (and on the other side) is pronounced.
And we know whom the over-licky culprit is.
Yes, it's sibling Chili Bruce!

For a brief moment, someone who will remain anonymous was fearing all kinds of cat diseases, symptoms, etc, until The Hubby gave testimony that he's watched CB give his brofur some serious bathing.

Whew...am thankful for that...

Or am I...er, um...hmmm...

Hoof and Horn

"National Unicorn Day on April 9 each year celebrates the mythical horse-like creature with a single, pointed horn growing from the center of its forehead.

The unicorn heraldry is emblematic of the Scottish heritage and a valuable artefact denoting the ancient beliefs and value of this magical creature."

Sometimes, it seems, we humans believe in the mythical more than we do facts.

Variety

 It's Twozday!

Manny and Chili Bruce seem to glow when on different blankets, or when in direct sunlight.

And sometimes, they look like one cat with two heads, or one head with two bodies.
