Morning readers,
I've a make to share with you today ....... a very vintage feel to it although with a contemporary design element! I'm LIKING the vintage vibe from it but find myself wondering ..... should I add some glitter YES/NO?

Materials used:
- White, 250gsm, 3½" x 4⅞" card and matching envelope
- Card in white, kraft and dark red, for my card front, insert and matting
- Using a makeup brush I applied Memento rich cocoa and Adirondack terracotta inks around the outer edge of my kraft panel
- Over laying my Memory Box grid stencil (88517) I added some random stencilling, using the terracotta ink
- Paper Bag Studio image (PBS000021) stamped using Versafine Clair shady lane ink and, before it dried, I sprinkled it with Distress embossing powder in black soot which I then heat set
- Clearly Besotted sentiment (from brushed sentiments) stamped using Versafine Clair nocturne ink
I'll be entering the above make for the following challenges:-
- Scraps of Life - October Rudolph Day challenge - ANYTHING CHRISTMAS GOES
- A Very Vintage Christmas - October 25th challenge - ANYTHING VINTAGE GOES
- HLS - Oct CHRISTMAS challenge - ANYTHING GOES + (optional) FRAME
- HLS - Oct STENCIL challenge
- Outlawz - Sunday challenge - OH CHRISTMAS TREE

A very striking vintage-feeling RD card. I’m in the no glitter needed camp! Xxx
Love your make and yes I would add glitter but that's just me,

Hi Kathy, your card is lovely. Thanks so much for joining us over at AVVCC. Hugs Zowie x
What a wonderful idea to use this stencil as a tree Kathy, and does have that vintage feel using the kraft card. It looks great with or without glitter, it's always personal taste, I am not a glitter person although I do use some of the glittery EP's. x
Oooo what an unusual design, it looks fabby, thanks for joining us at Rudolph Days Challenge this month, Luv Sam x
Love the mix of vintage and contemporary looks on this Kathy .. personally I would say no glitter due to the vintage look of it, but it's all personal preference isn't it?
Pauline xx
Beautiful vintage-feel Christmas card. Super clever use of the stamp. I like the alignment of the sentiment. Thanks for joining us at Happy Little Stampers ~ Stencil Challenge.

No glitter needed...I like the crisp clean feel of it as is.
