I don't like Sushi either and as for spinach, the iron content is much lower than in red meat. You can eat a small steak that fits in your hand and have enough iron, but to get the same from spinach, you would have to eat enough to cover your dining table. That's too much spinach for me! I never eat it anyway, to me, spinach tastes like dirt.
Down with Popeye!!! LOL.
Oh, we had the very yummiest cheese-spinach pies in Darwin in 1995.
I was so disappointed the shop had closed down in 1999 and no, I do not want your explanation to that! 🤣
We really always bought 4 and kept two in front of the car-window to not cool down so we had a lunch, and astonishingly we did not fall sick (neither did we grow muscles).
Nice mural Iris, although she would have looked better eith just 2 eyes. Glad Ingo liked the fig jam 😊. I've been missing from blog reading and commenting but the holidays have been busy. I think I'll need another one when I return home 😂 Thanks for participating in Monday murals Iris.
Not sure she's as beautiful as you think she is. I'm not fond of that third eye. I'm not a big fan of sushi, either, but I have eaten it before.
