A Perfect Birthday

This card was made for the current "lots of glitter/bling" challenge at Creatalicious.  I added lots of "fluff", flowers, stick pin, gems, pearls, lace and ribbon.  I added a tag cut and written on using my Cricut.  The butterflies were cut using punches.  I used my paper piercing tool to punch around the freebie Wee Stamps image.
