Materials used:
- White, 250gsm, C6/A2 card and matching envelope
- Card in white and black for my card front, insert and matting
- Close to my heart image (from D1523 "sweet music") stamped using Versafine Clair nocturne and morning mist inks
- Uniko sentiment (from Art Decoratif Anniversaire) stamped using Versafine Clair nocturne and morning mist inks
- Using a makeup brush, Distress Oxide black soot and a piece of scrap card as my "straight edge" I added a little retiform style "texture"
I'll be entering the above make for the following challenges:-

- Aud Sentiments - challenge No. 293 - 12th Birthday so - USE A BIRTHDAY SENTIMENT

And another card from me today .. deploying the "retiform" technique, which is just so easy and quite effective too - IMHO! AND, as another bonus, I get to use some old stash in the form of VERY old inks and a pretty old (but much loved) Magenta stamp too - Yee Haa!

- White, 250gsm, C6/A2 card and matching envelope
- Card in white and textured deep red, for my card front, insert and matting
- Snippet of leftover card, to use when constructing my "retiform" lines
- Inks used for the retiform: Adirondack cranberry, terracotta and red pepper
- Magenta image 23640-H (three impressions, without re-inking) stamped using Versafine Clair nocturne ink ... I've loved this stamp for YEARS, it comes out every now and again, gets used A LOT and then heads back to the drawer ... till the next time!
