Wednesday again - how's your week coming along?

Morning readers,

I've a make to share with you today ....... I occasionally get asked for a card with no sentiment whatsoever and this is one of those makes.

My C6 card

Materials used:
  • White, 250gsm, C6/A2 card and matching envelope
  • Card in white and orange for my card front, insert and matting
  • Using low tack tape I masked off an area for inking
  • Using an Aldi stencil brush, I applied a covering of Memento tangelo ink
  • Kaisercraft images ("rocks" and "script") stamped using Memento tangelo and Ranger Archival in vibrant fuchsia inks
  • Studiolight grid image (from SL340) stamped using Memento ladybug ink
  • Clearly Inspired floral image (from LCS100) stamped using Versafine Clair nocturne ink .... for my insert I used this image but only partially stamped and using Versafine Clair morning mist ink ... so that the sender could write their own notes without having to work around a solid black image

I'll be entering the above make for the following challenges:-
  1. Sweet Stampers - challenge No. 66 - CAS (Clean And Simple)
  2. TTCRD - March 29th challenge - ANYTHING GOES
  3. Sweet Stampin' - March 26th challenge - USE YOUR OLDER STASH (from 2013/14)
  4. CAS on Friday - challenge No. 227 - FLOWERS
  5. Creative Fingers - challenge No. 227 - ANYTHING GOES

And now for an Artist Trading Card ...

My ATC, measuring just 3½" x 2½"

Materials used:
  • ATC blank
  • Snippets of leftover card in white and neon pink
  • Using a makeup brush I applied Ranger Archival vibrant fuchsia ink to the white snippet
  • Chocolate Baroque image (from Wisteria Lane) stamped using Versafine Clair monarch ink
  • Woodware sentiment (from JGCL560) stamped using Versafien Clair monarch ink
  • Using a glitzkraft stencil (poppy rose) and a makeup brush I applied majestic violet ink to the corner image
  • Faber Castell glass bead glitter gel applied through the same stencil aligned over the violet ink ...... and set aside to dry

I'll be entering the above make for the following challenges:-
  1. Pammie's Inky Pinkies - challenge No. 2213 - ANYTHING GOES
  2. Love to Craft - challenge No. 67 - ANYTHING GOES
  3. Try It On Tuesday - March 22nd challenge - SAY IT WITH FLOWERS

The orange tones go beautifully with the pretty black silhouette flowers Kathy, and I love the script used in the background, and the ATC looks great with the pretty CB image and the added stencilling with the glass bead glitter gel which adds a wonderful finishing touch. x
