As I took you the last two days to "the land Down Under", where our dear host lives, I return, how about that?
Pics taken by my Hubby, Ingo. We´re not Siamese twins and there are always days we explore the Perth area on our own.
I do enjoy that. How about you? On your own does not mean alone, right, and sometimes I have friends with me, too (or rather they take me along 😘).
This is Joondalup.
Corinna will not stop us forever, right.
We will learn to live with her!
What do the cards show?
So, what do we have?
Because...
Henry 🦁
Let us dream we can go back.
Oh, where to start?
The bus stop in Madeley, of course. Raise your arm and the driver stops.
Get off in Warwick and take the train to... Joondalup, or the other direction, Perth, or even further and met our host.
This, btw certainly is for Sami´s COLOURFULWORLD Monday Murals.
And, yipeeee, we´re in summer-time (wish we could just stay here!!!) 🌞
In my heart, as in all our hearts... 🌻💙💛
Addendum: It´s summer-time, not summer, right now 3C / 37F, brrrr.

We are still waiting for the numbers to go down before we think of holidaying. Don't know how long we need to wait. Love, love the last picture of Henry. Glad that you are enjoying the summer.
Yes, we need patience.
🤣 Summer... time, we switched to summertime - it´s 3C / 37F... but sunny!
That's a great mural Iris, I've never seen it.
I'm the same as you, we do lots together on holidays but as I enjoy taking pics of monuments, etc that Jose can't be bothered with, then I go off and he might stay with family or even just sit down at a Cafe watching the world go by.
Thanks for participating in Monday Murals.
Yes, and there is more to come - you turned Ingo into a mural hunter :-)
Just watching the world go by is a good thing, too.
...I like the seaplane!
I'm enjoying your retrospective tour of Australia. I've only been to a few places there, none of them the same as where you have been. You have me thinking I should go back and look at the photos we took: before digital cameras, so only a few photos.
best... mae at maefood.blogspot.com
Tom, yes, if only we could...

Mae, same! The two big journeys have less pictures as it was real film. So sad! If back then we had today´s technology, I would need extra storage for sure!
Yes, please share!!!
Fun mural Iris. Let's hope those cards have travel in our future. Happy new week. Hugs-Erika
Solitude is sometimes the best thing of all, Iris.
Terrific murals, Iris. Love them all!
Erika, I do hope so! To a great week, hugs

David, that is true.

Jeanie, there are more to come from there, Ingo brought a lot :-)
Great murals. Dreaming of traveling to visit the Eldest this Summer
Love the murals :) Every time I think we may be able to move forward we get another surge :(
CJ, that sounds great!
____
Divers and Sundry, yes, its sad!
I'll be glad to use one of those travel cards.
great mural find-and I always love Henry
Bill, yes :-)
____
Kathy, the thanks goes to Ingo this time :-)
Henry says thank you, too.
37F is extremely cold!!! I shiver when it is less than 80F.
gigi, hahaha... It´s cold, but not extremely to us.
14F would be really cold, but it´s still bearable.
Wasn´t New York also pretty cold in winter?
Oh we are usually in the on our own but not alone camp when it comes to walking and exploring. We don't "hold hands" . Beautiful bright murals.
I don't think I will be doing any traveling this year. Covid numbers seem to be going up everywhere.
Sallie, if together we do hold hands - a must! Sometimes we hold fingers, when it gets too hot in summer :-)
____
RedPat, I´m sadly with you...
Good mural details.
It's -8 here today.
Cards are pretty cool.
Coffee is on and stay safe
I love that mural with the cards. It is wonderful.
I don't like to travel with anyone else. I like my own timeline. If I want to stay five hours at one museum and 20 minutes at another, it is MY choice and mine alone. No one to make me wait or ask me to hurry.
I love the murals, so colourful. I thought I had a comment here already.
William, brrr....
____
Dora, yes :-)
____
Elizabeth, true to me at times, too.
____
River, LOL. Sometimes I´m not sure if I´d posted a mural already or not!
This is a great mural. I like how you shared all these pictures, so I could see the whole mural with details. I eagerly wait for our next overseas travel because it seems covid numbers go down. Till that, I started exploring the neighbourhood :)
