TGIF - hope you have something nice to look forward to this weekend

 Morning readers,

Hope you've all had a good week this week, anything nice happen? Hubby's been out every day this week so I've taken the opportunity to hit the ToC (Table of Craftines) and here are some of my makes .....

My C6 card

Materials used:
  • White, 250gsm, C6/A2 card and matching envelope
  • Card in white and textured yellow
  • Paper Artsy "script" image (from ELB30) stamped, 2nd generation, using Memento gray flannel ink
  • Paper Artsy foliage image (also from ELB30) and HLS sentiment (from "doodled flowers") stamped using Versafine Clair morning mist ink
  • Using an Aldi stencil brush I overlaid my Dutchdoobadoo stencil (470.715.129) and applied Memento dandelion ink
  • Yellow sharpie to "edge" my yellow panel and conceal its white core

I'll be entering the above make for the following challenges:-
  1. HLS - Jan CAS challenge - ANYTHING GOES
  2. Water Cooler Wednesday - challenge No. 333 - ALL ABOUT OCCASIONS
  3. Simon Says Stamp - Wednesday challenge - ANYTHING STAMPED GOES
  4. TTCRD - Jan 18th challenge - ANYTHING GOES
  5. Krafty Chicks - challenge No. 596 - ALL OCCASIONS

And now, an Artist Trading Card ... well, it made sense to me that, whilst I had all these lovely stamps on blocks .....

My Artist Trading card, measuring just 3½" x 2½"

Materials used:
  • ATC blank
  • Snippets of leftover card in dark brown, textured yellow and white
  • Using an Aldi stencil brush I "swept" some Memento dandelion ink (top to bottom) to one side of my white panel
  • Paper Artsy script image (from ELB30) stamped (2nd gen impression) using Memento gray flannel ink
  • Paper Artsy foliage image (also from ELB30) stamped using Versafine Clair morning mist ink
  • Chapel Road sentiment (from "Vertical sentiments") stamped using Versafine Clair morning mist ink
  • Dutchdoobadoo stencil (470.715.129) used with an Aldi stencil brush, to apply Memento dandelion ink
  • I used sharpies in brown and yellow to edge the appropriate panels ... mostly because the textured yellow card has a white core

I'll be entering the above make for the following challenges:-
  1. HLS - Jan STENCIL challenge - ANYTHING GOES
  2. Penny's Paper Crafty - challenge No. 513 - ANYTHING GOES
  3. Creative Inspirations - January challenge - ANYTHING GOES
  4. Pammie's Inky Pinkies - challenge No. 2204 - ANYTHING GOES
  5. Get Creative - challenge No. 107 - ANYTHING GOES

And some more pix of a recent walk in the sunshine ..... so nice to see.

I love this image and it looks great on both the card and the ATC Kathy and two super sentiments too. I love your photos of a lovely sunny morning walk. I have been trying to take a walk every day as I was becoming somewhat of a couch potato..lol, mostly around our village doing between a mile and two miles depending on which route I take and must admit I am feeling better for it..the sunshine does make it nicer though. x
