I've a make to share with you today ....... this was so NOT what I set out to make but, you know what it's like .... I stumbled across this set of stamps from My Mind Eye. At this point all of my plans to use my new guinea pig stamps just went out of my head, still, I liked the end result and I do still have the guinea pigs to look forward to!
I've a make to share with you today ....... this was so NOT what I set out to make but, you know what it's like .... I stumbled across this set of stamps from My Mind Eye. At this point all of my plans to use my new guinea pig stamps just went out of my head, still, I liked the end result and I do still have the guinea pigs to look forward to!

Materials used:
- White, 250gsm, C6/A2 card and matching envelope
- White card and navy card - for card front/insert and matting
- Low tack tape - to mask off my image strip
- Using a makeup brush I applied Memento Bahama blue ink to my masked off panel
- Overlaying my Tim Holtz stencil (THS004) I inked using Memento Paris dusk ink
- I exchanged the stripes stencil for the Tim Holtz bubbles stencil (THS002) and added a few "bubbles" at each end of my masked off strip
- My Minds Eye numbers image and star image (both from "Happy Days" - KFD143) stamped using Memento Paris dusk and Versafine Clair paradise inks
- Clearly Besotted sentiment (from "mini calligraphy") stamped using Versafine Clair paradise ink
I'll be entering the above make for the following challenges:-

And now, an Artist Trading Card, using some new stash (thank you Secret Santa!)

Materials used:
- ATC blank
- Snippets of leftover card in white and textured orange
- Aall & Create image and sentiment (both from set #406 - NBUS) stamped using Memento tuxedo black ink
- CardzTV sentiment (from "Just saying") stamped using Memento tuxedo black ink
- Using a makeup brush I applied Distress Oxide in antique linen to the areas around the image
- Overlaying my Memory Box stencil (88517) and using another makeup brush, I applied Distress Oxide in kitsch flamingo
- Pro Markers and Aquamarkers (+ 2 Copic markers) to colour

Glad I'm not the only one who gets side tracked! It's a great card but the ATC is what I saw in the NBUS gallery and really love it so much. Great set of stamps you used.

I love the look of the ink blended masked strip stamped with the numbers over the dots and lines stencilled in the background Kathy and the scripted stars and sentiment finish it beautifully, and then ATC with that fun image, a great Secret Santa gift. x
