Sometimes I go to Perth all by myself.
Because then I can roam around to where I want - stop as long as I want for taking pics.
By golly, we always only have 5 1/2 weeks and I love being with Ingo and friends, but I also love to stroll by myself at times.
I should´ve taken a lesson maybe?
(well , with that lumpy arm of mine... not a good idea anyways)

I never understood why they call boxing "the sweet science." The murals are lovely, though.

The murals are cool. I'll pass on boxing either participating or watching.
5 1/2 weeks is along time to be with people continuously. I like to roam myself too. I like the Cuban flag and boxers. I think of boxing, baseball and old cars when I think of Cuba. Happy Monday.

I like to wander by myself too! I end up in weird hidden places that I wouldn't find if I was walking with someone else.

My oldest son has been taking jiu jitsu lessons and is enjoying it…not for me!
I used to watch boxing in the 80s when Ali and Frazier were fighing, not so now. I love going out by myself to take photos especially with no planning on where to go. Walk and take photos that catch my eye.
I like the mural. we watch boxing on HBO. My favorite is the light weights.
I'll say this much for boxing: at least it feels like a sport. The MMA/ UFC crap that has risen up in recent years feels like nothing but a sanctioned fistfight.
Well Iris you showed me something about Perth that I had no idea about! I've probably passed here many times without realising there was a thriving boxing club there!
