SCRAPBOOKING BABY MINI ALBUM "GAEL" | WITH BASIC DESIGN PAPERS
Hello! Who doesn't like the mint colour? In this mini album, a gift for my friend's new baby, mint colour is the protagonist.
It couldn't miss the box to save it, where I also included an envelope with many photo corners to place photos, of the size that we like, on the pages with largest spaces.
It has a size of 6.5x6.5" (approx. 16x16 cm), a Stack The Deck binding and a minimum capacity for 26 photos of 3x4" (approx. 7.5x10 cm) and 8 photos of 9x13 cm (a commonly used photo size in my country).
Its exterior design is quite minimalist. For the covers I used a white faux leather, where I created a circular frame with acetate, and decorated the spine with an organza ribbon.
Its interior has a CAS and monochromatic style, where the main color is mint, accompanied by neutral colours: a soft and warm gray and white.
Something that left me delighted are the Nuvo droplets, that I applied on some pages...

Tags cannot be missing, they give us space for small photos and to write journaling or messages...
When opening and closing the album, some elements rubbed or snagged among them. Consequently I decided to place acetates to protect them. You can see it in detail in the video below.
Another thing I loved doing was the faux stitching on the edges of all pages and on the most of the elements...
The central pages have pockets with mat and tags...
I love Nuvo droplets 😅...
Nor could the waterfall structure be missing, which provides a lot of capacity to place photographs...

Papers with basic designs can get us out of trouble, mostly because there are so many that we can print at home. And if you can't do it and you have cardstocks, I invite you to look at one of my previous posts: Baby Mini Album with Cardstocks.
